HD for home security? over kill? do you have a HD TV?

HD cams have 5 time the defination so focus is critical, the view finders are always black and white for clarity – HD for home security makes no sence

Sony are the world leaders in HD, hence 90% of TV cameras are sony’s. So a sony HD, or Panasonic will do the job.

Closed circuit means its by cable and not broadcast, so buy the appropriate leads/cables and its closed circuit.

If you are talking about home security you can get one from radio shack or wal mart.I have both. You just need to hook the camera to a 4 head vcr and select slow or extended mode. Get a 9hr vhs tape and you will be set. I have used mine about 5yr now
